Karnelian Luminare™ is a creative agency built around a simple idea: great creative work needs the right support to grow.

Programming Principles

  • Our programming is designed to bring people together through art, storytelling, and creative exploration. We prioritize creating welcoming environments where participants feel comfortable sharing ideas, perspectives, and creative work.

    We believe that cultural programming should invite participation, curiosity, and conversation.

  • Artists and storytellers deserve respect for their creative contributions. When programming includes the presentation of creative work—such as staged readings, film screenings, or other artistic showcases—we emphasize the importance of honoring intellectual property and the rights of creators.

    Participants presenting work through our programming represent that they have the authority to share or present that work.

  • Karnelian Luminare™ values collaboration with organizations that support artists, cultural storytelling, and community engagement. When partnering with institutions, nonprofits, or community groups, we work collaboratively to design programming that aligns with the goals of the organization while maintaining a meaningful and engaging experience for participants.

    Our role may include program design, event facilitation, creative consulting, or production support.

Likewise, when programming is presented in collaboration with partners, we work together to ensure that branding and recognition reflect the contributions of all parties involved.

    Clear attribution helps audiences understand the collaborative nature of creative work and supports continued partnerships across the creative ecosystem.
