Founder & Creative Executive

Kayla Hill, Esq.

Kayla Hill, Esq. is a creative executive, attorney, executive producer, writer, and educator working across creativity, law & business, and production.

As founder of Karnelian Luminare™, she leads the company’s creative direction and works across production, strategy, operations, and program development.

Her experience spans theatre, film, television, live events, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, education, and legal services.

Kayla holds a B.A. in Film & Video Studies from Purdue University, a J.D. and Intellectual Property Certificate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and an M.S. in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Indiana University Bloomington.

Production Coordinator

Madison Long

Madison Long is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader from Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University and began her career in finance at Microsoft. Transitioning to nonprofit work with a focus on Workplace Equality, Madison later ventured out to found Clutch, a tech startup empowering independent creators to collaborate with major brands like Hearst Media Group. Under her leadership, Clutch raised over $2 million and was acquired by Plaiced in 2024. Madison now leads operations for her family business, that focuses on optimizing and acquiring home health agencies across the Midwest and East Coast. Outside of her professional work, Madison is passionate about creating equitable and supportive environments for youth in her local communities. Currently, she sits on the Board of The Brandon Foundation helping Indiana students reach their full potential through mentoring, holistic-guidance, and familial-support.


Through Karnelian Luminare™, Madison brings creative ideas into motion by coordinating the people, partnerships, and experiences that turn thoughtful programming into meaningful community connection.

Creative Writer & Production Associate

Brandi Metzger

Brandi Metzger is a creative writer, playwright, poet, and production professional whose work explores the experiences of Black women and girls through the lens of magical realism. A graduate of Oberlin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, she has developed original screenplays, stage plays, poetry, and fiction while building a diverse portfolio across theater, film, journalism, and live productions. Brandi's work has been featured through organizations including District Theatre, the Arts Council of Indianapolis, and the Black Light Training & Development Program, and she is a recipient of the 2025 Creative Renewal Arts Fellowship.

Through Karnleina Luminare™, Brandi combines thoughtful storytelling, creative strategy, and production expertise to help bring compelling artistic visions to life.

Operations Lead

Hadassah Eley, PMP

Hadassah Eley, PMP serves as Operations Lead for Karnelian Luminare™, bringing more than 18 years of experience in operational excellence, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. With a background spanning the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and service industries, she helps clients build efficient systems, streamline processes, and implement strategies that support sustainable growth. Hadassah is recognized for her ability to solve complex challenges through collaboration, continuous improvement, and thoughtful leadership. Her passion lies in creating environments where people and organizations can thrive through clarity, efficiency, and innovation.
