This license is granted solely for purposes related to the Company’s programming, promotion, and archival documentation.
Event Participation
Participation in Events may require advance registration, ticket purchase, or acceptance of additional policies.
Participants agree to:

follow directions from event organizers
behave respectfully toward artists and participants
The Company reserves the right to remove individuals from Events for violations of community guidelines or disruptive conduct.
Event Payments, Refunds, and Changes
Unless otherwise stated:
event registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable
the Company may cancel, postpone, or reschedule events at its discretion
if the Company cancels an event, refunds or credits may be issued at its discretion
The Company is not responsible for travel expenses or incidental costs associated with canceled events.
Photography and Media Release
Events may be recorded, photographed, or documented for promotional or archival purposes.
By attending Events, participants consent to the use of their name, image, voice, or likeness in recordings or promotional materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Events is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance or participation.
The Company is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Professional Relationship Disclaimer
Consultations and informational content provided through the Website or Services are for informational and educational purposes.
