‍Participation in Events may require advance registration, ticket purchase, or acceptance of additional policies.

Participants agree to:

  • comply with event guidelines and community standards

  • follow directions from event organizers

  • behave respectfully toward artists and participants

The Company reserves the right to remove individuals from Events for violations of community guidelines or disruptive conduct.

Event Payments, Refunds, and Changes

‍Unless otherwise stated:

  • event registrations and ticket purchases are non-refundable

  • the Company may cancel, postpone, or reschedule events at its discretion

  • if the Company cancels an event, refunds or credits may be issued at its discretion

The Company is not responsible for travel expenses or incidental costs associated with canceled events.

Photography and Media Release

Events may be recorded, photographed, or documented for promotional or archival purposes.

By attending Events, participants consent to the use of their name, image, voice, or likeness in recordings or promotional materials, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Participation in Events is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance or participation.
